Refund policy

Refunds due to change of mind:

1. Items are unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
2. Refund is requested within a reasonable timeframe
3. Return cost will be shouldered by the buyer
4. Only the item cost will be returned. Charges due to shipping, payment providers, and other fixed costs will not be returned.
5. Item arrives in the same condition as it was during ship out.
6. Any damages will be charged to the buyer.

Refunds due to wrong item, damaged item, or other faults:

1. Refund is requested within a reasonable timeframe
2. Pictures and/or proof of damage must be sent before the refund will be accepted.
