1. For non-same day deliveries, orders before 8am the current day will be shipped before 5pm the following day.

2. For same day deliveries, orders before 3pm will be picked up by courier before 4pm.

3. For pickup orders, items may be picked up anytime during our regular business hours.

4. Delivery times will be dependent on the courier chosen.

5. We will bubble wrap all items properly to avoid damage.

1. Return fees due to change of mind will be shouldered by the buyer. Please message us so we can coordinate.

2. For any damages due to courier handling please message us, so we can come to an amicable settlement.

3. If there is a problem, feel free to message us anytime.

We are properly registered with the BIR and DTI. Please message us if you would like to pick up your official sales invoice, as we will need your: Name, TIN, and Address.

1. Prices on our online shop are cheaper than Shopee, Lazada, or Tiktok as there are little to no platform fees.

2. Platform fees for the big online platforms account for majority of the cost. Cost savings are being passed on to our customers through our online store.

3. If you are a reseller, or purchasing a large quantity, please message us on our Facebook page and we can offer special prices for bulk orders. We support our distributors and resellers.

1. We operate from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

2. Messages after these hours will be attended to the following workday.
